Ballet Theatre Midwest is located in the beautifully restored Beaux-Arts Carnegie Library in the Columbia Tusculum Historic District, minutes from downtown Cincinnati, I-71/75 and I-471 via the Columbia Parkway.

• Directions from downtown Cincinnati: The Carnegie Center is approximately ten-to-fifteen minutes from many Cincinnati neighborhoods. From downtown Cincinnati proceed east on Columbia Parkway past The Precinct and make a right on Stanley Avenue and left at the next intersection onto Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue for two blocks and the building with free parking is on the left.

• Directions from eastern suburbs: The Carnegie Center is approximately ten-to-twenty minutes from many of Cincinnati's eastern suburbs. Proceed west on Columbia Parkway make a left on Stanley Avenue and left at the next intersection onto Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue for two blocks and the building with free parking is on the left.

• Directions from Northern Kentucky: The Carnegie Center is approximately fifteen minutes from many Northern Kentucky neighborhoods. Proceed east on Columbia Parkway past The Precinct and make a right on Stanley Avenue and left at the next intersection onto Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue for two blocks and the building with free parking is on the left.
